Returns Eligibility/Wood Pellet Refund Policy

Due to the nature of wood pellet fuel products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product delivered is incorrect
  • The shipment is missing items

Returns for opened, used, or stored pellets are not accepted.

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include photos of any damage

We will review and respond within 2 business days.


Refunds

Once your claim is approved:

  • A replacement shipment will be arranged
    OR
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
